thousands of people being blocked locked and frozen out of their accounts. they even ignore the courts – fca have my complaint but tell me to use mcol – this company needs investigating SERIOUSLY. the very people Virraj Jatania proudly announces he “helps” are the very people he is ABUSING financially. there is no phone calls allowed and emails are not replied to – they only expect you to “raise a ticket” and “speak” via the app. as you are blocked out of your account you are not only allowed to “speak” to them but you cannot see your balance or anything – this company need a proper FCA audit – they are late (almost 4 months) with their 19/20 accounts (according to companies house) – they do not reply to signed for letters and they will not reply to court ordered mediation. SOMEONE HELP US PLEASE!
