Blacklisted phone

I black listed my phone since it was stolen then after 2weeks I found it I took it with the box nd my ID to the vodacom shop at mainstream in houtbbay to help unblack list it again the lady told me I must bring proof of purchase since the phone was not bought in my name I decided to call the call center to ask what is going on only to find out she black listed the phone on wrong surname now she can't unblack list it and she won't let me meet the manager she and her colleagues User's recommendation: they have bad service at vodacom mainstream hout Bay.
