Beware of inferior product and zero warranty or product support

I bought a complete six piece Catnapper brand leather sectional. Within three months the two bonded leather recliners started the "leather" separating from the backing. Tried to contact product support several time but always got a message saying they would get back with me. they ignored my messages. Went back to the retail store who felt sorry for me, they gave me two new pieces of the same model. These chairs were not the same dimensions as the same as I had and actually sat higher by 2". Gave these back to the retailer and they found me two replacements. Within five months all pieces started to peel the leather bond. Again, Catnapper ignored my calls for a warranty problem. Conclusion: Don't waste your money, they did nothing for me with an inferior product and I was left with with no recourse The local retail seller eventually went out of business selling a Catnapper product with many unhappy customers who spread the word about the "Catnapper quality and worthless warranty.
