K&s Industries in Port St Lucie FL got paid in full for an enclosure job in my house. After paying him in full now I got the owner black mailing me,telling me I have to pay Him more money or He will put a lien against my house.If I was to pay this what is there to stop him from sending another bill telling me the same. The owner was very unprofesional and took a very long time to do the job. He has no help and they only work like half days. I hope that before people doing any work with this people they will ask for a realese of lien from steve. Be very careful. Thanks..
