Bought 15” high Restonic hybrid euro top just 4 months ago. Memory foam remembers us and does not return each day. In short the mattress sags where our bodies sleep after just 4 months and I am only 150#s and wife less. We have to roll uphill to reach each other in the middle and the mattress is not comfortable any longer in different positions and is impacting my sleep quality and I wake with back pain each morning for the pst couple weeks. I found no way to actually reach the company as their message system isn’t accepting messages and the operator feature circles back around to the broken message system or choice to try for operator that circles around again and again.
