Bad service and lying by service advisor & service manager

Repair back of unit, new back wonderful. BUT, told the following: Unit cleaned of glass following repair, NOT TRUE New outside step installed incorrectly, 2 hours for me to repair. Outside ladder never ordered. when received, holes for installation screws not there, as reported they would be. Another 2 hours. Info received by service advisor, B.S. User's recommendation: Don't go there.
