I bought a reclining sofa and chair from Sheelys in Ohio and had the chair fixed 3 times in 2 years for the same problem sagging foot rest and still not right. Sheelys offered to fix it the fourth time for $175. Fixing it the fourth time is a joke and will not work because of the material that they use is poor quality. Sheelys should be concerned dealing with that company. I was told Sheelys was good to deal with and paid extra for delivery for out of area near Pittsburgh, PA. Since a lot of people have problems with Southern Motion there should be a recall on this product or at least a class action suit against them. Do not buy the 5 year insurance from Sheelys as it only covers 4 years. I had them, the insurance provider, out 2 times and did not fix the problems and can let me know where to go to get it fixed.
