Bad quality and no proper warranty
1
I have purchased over four pairs of glasses at Hakim. On three pairs, one of the arms are breaking or have broken. I brought one back and had to pay the full price of new glasses to get it fixed. I have another one that is about to break, but I am not willing to pay the price for new glasses. My last pair got blurry about 6 months ago, so I started to use an old pair. Now, that I went to an optometrist to get my eyes examined for new glasses she told me, that the film got delaminated, and that's why it is all of a sudden blurry. Hakim told me, that their warranty is 2 years and they won't take any responsibility for that either, even though I did not know the cause when it happened and only just found out. The delamination happened., before the glasses were 2 years old.
