Bad perm

I went in for a perm asked for a loose perm I didnt want it super curly spent $129 on it. Got home looked in the mirror and have no curls at all! Just a light wave. I threw money in the trash today Im so made. 2 hours getting a perm for crap results! I want my refund so I can get my hair done properly!!! User's recommendation: Don’t get a perm here.
