Original review updated by user Jul 06, 2021 I asked the stylist for a graduated bob. I showed her several pics of the style I wanted. SHE STYLED MY HAIR LIKE I WAS AN 80 YEAR OLD! She cut portions of my LONG hair that were not supposed to be cut for a graduated bob!!! Very dissatisfied so much so that I had to get a shorter cut ! Went back again for the shorter cut &; I SHOWED AMY PICS too! Now I have no hair, I look like a dude! These were not the styles I paid for! My sister asked if I cut my own hair the first cut, the second cut, well Amy did not even show me how the back of my hair looked. I realized I had a *** job after I got home. User's recommendation: NOT NOT NOT RECOMMENDED!
