Bad customer service for security to exit the park


We were about seven people and my daughter is disabled person. We exited from the wrong exit. We parked at Beach Blvd and we did not know that we were exited from the back of the park and we couldn't re entered. Erika the security told us but we will need to go all over around the park. It was almost 1:00am on 09/19/2021. This is unacceptable. Wrong directions provided by the park. My name is Maria Higa, phone [protected]. Email [protected]@yahoo.com. I'm very disappointed
