Bad customer service experience!!!

I recently purchased furntiure from Southeastern Furniture in Greensboro NC. It took over a week to get the furniture delivered to me, despite my numerous attempts to arrange delivery. I was told that they could not deliver the furniture on two different Sats and that it could be delivered on a Fri evening, when I made arrangements to get it delivered ,they turned around and said they couldnt deliver it then and that they would have to deliver it on a Sat morning. The delivery guy called my furniture on the day of delivery and threatened me!!! *** poor service!!
