I reserved. A moving truck from westand location and the day iam supposed to move I received a call stating that the truck is not available, i spent more than 5 hour with customer service and every time they told me that they gonna call me back and find a solution till the day ends and the customer service is closed and I dont know what to do now , I dont have truck and no body answer me , thank you for your great services User's recommendation: Never rent a truck from budget.
