Bad customer service

Bad customer service I chose a hotel because it had a gym I’ve been doing a challenge for mental health to do 30 minutes of exercise per day Sandman Hotel Ottawa could not let me in the gym because they had only one person on Saturday and he was not permitted to walk three doors down the hall and open the door for me
