Awful customer service – ignoring a warranty claim

I submitted a warranty claim over a month ago and was told that due to COVID I would receive a response in 10-12 business days. However, that time passed weeks ago and nobody gets back to me or replies to my emails. I am very disappointed as I thought Thule was a company that stood behind their products and had good customer service but I guess that's not true anymore. The ticket number is 20325****. User's recommendation: Stay away from Thule unless you want to be ignored by customer service.
