I bought 2 pairs of shoes - after taking nearly a month to arrive they were huge (sizing chart is well off!!) so I wanted to return for a refund. They ignored the weeks worth of messages I sent until I opened a dispute via paypal (as I always pay with paypal). I paid £35 to return these shoes and now only to find they have not accepted delivery of the return! Dispute still ongoing - avoid avoid avoid. After seeing a previous review they posted a false caring response that they would contact me through paypal and "shockingly" they have not. Still ongoing! Avoid them at all cost because you've got no assurances if something goes wrong.
