Hello folks at Zales. Ive recently attempted to buy some jewelry using the Klarna app but it didnt go through. Your website stated I didnt have enough funds to complete the order which was odd because I did have enough. So I figured the order didnt go through however, when I called Klarnas customer service hotline, they stated that youve authorized the card and just havent charged it yet. Which was weird because the website stated I didn't have enough. But I ended being charged for the first payment by Klarna. And that wouldn't occur unless the order went through. Any assistance would be appreciated.
