Attitude when canceling

3 months left of FREE service .... decided the data collection and "how am I driving" service of how, when, where, with whom, and what I am doing on a daily basis in the days of ID theft, data consumption, and where that information winds up ... well, it may be a service for some but with today's smart phone technology, it is redundant and invasive. Called to cancel the service and was greeted by a customer service representative who was less than polite, unprofessional, and had an attitude. NO THANKS!
