I had an order for Doxipin that had been waiting from the 18 August to the 28 August. I called inquiring about the order as the prescription is badly needed. The service representative got frustrated over my questions and CANCELED the prescription. I can no longer even access my account, so I guess Express Scripts canceled that too. I am a military veteran with over 26 years service and being treated like crap by a DOD contracted business. User's recommendation: Use anybody except Express Scripts.
