Another ViP satisfied customer!

I have been satisfied with the Somersworth vip for many years, buying batteries, tire changes, parts ect. On Sun 11/28/10 I went for an oil change, how bad could that get screwwed up ? I found out. I had my friend's 01 Saturn S, It had been sitting for a year, only driven 700 miles and one oil change since last Dec. She is getting out of the Hospital soon and I wanted to get it ready for her ... At the store: I wanted the mobil filter and was charged for the 34$ premium + 12.99 for the filter I got the '52' point inspection, the tire presure was set 7psi above spec. The coolant I was told could be checked, but they couldn't verify the freeze/boil point. fluids were not topped off and the oil reminder not reset. (petty, maybe) and the winner... 1 extra qt of oil Thanxs
