After the Worst & Pushiest Customer Service experience in History, we called next day and asked to speak to a manager, the same problem person Allyson comes back on the line. A growing number of friends who were all loyal regular customers like us, have all told us that they wont shop at the Macedonia Ohio Vitamin Shoppe ever again. We all agreed when we met for dinner afterwards, that This used to be Our favorite Store for Vitamins. The Macedonia, Ohio location had been ALL of our favorites to shop at for 4 years since it opened. But now we will all just order from Amazon. My Mother & Father plan to use up their Healthy Award at any other store than Macedonia and then never shop at Vitamin Shoppe again. Both my husband and I plan to just use up our Healthy Award for the last time on-line. Worst Experience in Retail EVER!!!
