In 2014 our AM was forced to step down and be assistance to the new AM. Our new AM is the 3rd AM since my tenure at our CHC account and. I have been with this account 15 yrs. I have been with our company over 20yrs. I'm not a complainer as I accepted this job as a security guard, this was after 21yrs in the army, I thought it was still for a honest day you get a honest pay. In 15yrs I only received 23 cent raise. Allied also have the policy now they do not honor or respect seniority the client feels that if our the company do not honor seniority why should they? That get us to our most recent AM became the client and trying to run both sides of the house. With the knowledge from being a AM and using that knowledge in the client favor. Our district managers should control this AM turned client but they don't. We as officers are subjected the harassment and abuse of authority by this AM turned client. The district managers turn a blind eye to the harassment in the name of the contract. Is there a problem with the pay,yes assignments yes discriminatory practice yes. With all that being said security is live and well on the hill not because of the managers but the guards that we have in place.
