Alitalia has a Website not working properly so I was charged twice to two different credit cards
I charged online one trip to American Express but the confirmation never came up. Only an error message. I tried again with a Visa credit card and same happened. I received later two emails with two different reservations for the same air flight charged twice to American Express and to Visa. The Website of Alitalia informed me that they know it malfunction but do not know how to repair it. I also cannot verify online that the second reservation was cancelled and do not know if the charge to Visa will be reversed. *** an Airline like Alitalia can afford so very bad Website? Isn't Italy the 8th largest economy in the World?
