Airline refunded my flight but eDreams won’t send my money

My flight got unexpectedly canceled by the airline. I called the airline and they immediately sent the refund via my payment method. Only eDreams paid for my booking using a completely different card! I paid with a visa and the airline advised that it reflected that the payment was made from a MasterCard and Id need to contact eDreams so that they could send my funds seeing as to how the airline processed the refund immediately and there should Have been no delay. It is now 10 days later and it is near impossible to get a live agent from eDreams and their website says refunds can take 3 to 6 MONTHS User's recommendation: DON’T BOOK ANYTHING WITH EDREAMS!!
