I have called Aetna 7 times, each time I have been told that my reimbursement check was issued -- and each time I have been given a different "issue date." It has been 6 months and I still do not have the check. I do not believe it was ever sent. I have been promised return calls from supervisors who do not call and I have been promised overnight delivery of the check by one representative only to be told by another representative that Aetna does not "overnight." The bottom line is that Aetna is still holding this reimbursement without basis. The promises made over and over have not been fulfilled.
