Action Appliance Scam, Run and Run Fast

On 8/17 I hired these jokers. Shame on me for not doing a review on them. Shame on them for the chaos they created in my life. Broken two year old refrigerator that was froze up. Normally I would look at it myself but with a time crunch I called this company. I am a older person and have dealt with a lot of service company's over my years, some were bad. some were good, this company took bad to whole new level. I have been self employed over the years and I honestly do not understand how the owners of this company can still be in business after all the bad dealings. I would be so ashamed if I owned this company. To be a business owner you have to be proud and do the right thing by providing a good service at fair and cost. they do not care about customer retention. Called for a repair and had to listen to some b.s lies about the company. Made a appointment for the next day. They said it would be a 4 hour window. First lie. showed up about 4 hours late no phone call. Inexperienced tech looked at unit an determined that heating grid was bad. asked for a deposit to order parts. Gave me invoice with just a total amount no explanation on parts and labor. No where for the amount of tax to be charged. Charged over 500 dollars for parts and labor I guess. Tech said he would call when parts got to them and he would return to complete repairs. Second lie. Called them two day later ,was told they were backordered. Checked on the internet as there are plenty of sites to buy your own parts. My cost internet 73.10 for heater element. Repeatedly called and was never informed until 4 days later they said the part was in. This company will never call you. made another appointment for repairs. Tech never showed or called. Lost wages and time again. Called the next morning and reluctantly let them try again. Tech showed up with out calling ahead again. Repaired and left. four days later same problem with refrigerator. Said they would have a tech out that day again lies. Called 5 times and given b.s all the time. Tech showed up at 7.55 that night rang the doorbell and turned around and run back to his truck. I have cameras that caught this. Did a lot of anger phone calls and they give me another b.s line when the tech would be there. Waited most of the day more lost time and wages. Tech got there and determined that part was install incorrectly. This tech knew what he was doing got the repair done. Only time will tell if is going to work. Lost wages spoiled food cost and to be ripped off wit no recourse. again shame on the owners for not correcting there mistakes. The b.b.b. has a f rating for this company. The media needs to investigate this company. lets all reach out to 9 wants to know.
