Hi my name is Kieron James I have an account with you on 8 ball pool, I really love the game but recently have noticed that a number of players will start a game and deliberately not play in order to get maximum advantage when the other player makes a mistake, it's very frustrating as it's very difficult to play a fair game under these circumstances, essentially these players are cheating because the understand how to manipulate an outcome, can there be any way of implementing penalties to players that deliberately foul in order to win, much abliged for your time, Kieron James
