$80 to fix a $40 device! No detailed diagnostics, and they are charging me for return shipping! I mailed a Jambox Mini in just to have it restored to factory settings. They quoted me $80!!! I was supposed to get a detailed quote explaining the diagnostic and detail of the repair. Instead I got an email that read: "We can fix this device for $79.99. Just let us know how to proceed. Thank you." Mind you, a JamBox Mini currently retails for $40! Why would I pay $80? So I asked for a return, and they are charging me for shipping since T&Cs say if you don't have them do the repair, you forfeit a free return. Their business model is simple. They overquote on older devices like mine so you they can keep them. They know I won't pay $10 to have a broken device shipped back to me. Do not give these thieves your business!
