Fraudulent business, total scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Department of Justice, California & Florida Attornry General's Offices have these companies under investigation as we've been advised as a complaints that. Jordan Chase is supposedly the Manager there; 877-211-0258, Ext 707. Iris is the person who answers the phone; she barely speaks English and refuses to give authorities information. Call again and you get "Anna" who now has an India accent and says she's with 5-Star Vacations; when asked/pushed for info she then changes her story that Universal Vacations bought out 5-Star AND Thru didn't notify clients that purchased packages by email not phone that although listed phone numbers on the package are disconnected (only the main 877-211-0258 number) works and you cannot get anyone other than lower level receptionists to talk to you. Anna says that Gina Sky is the manager for her department and that Jordan Chase isn't available (giving stripped names as alias is getting old). Paid $640 for packages and we've been trying to call and coordinate for over 2 years - total fraudulent scam. We have communicated with over 22 other families that have been burnt too and are looking to open a Class Action Suit.
