The 7 yr warranty is crap! I was told by a customer svc rep that the "warranty does not cover wearable parts". Everything on the vacuum that moves is wearable. I was told that I would have to buy a new power head for $89. When I complained about the *** 7yr warranty, the rep offered the head to me at half price. So they would have taken advantage of me even more if I had not complained. I got screwed for my now $450 vacuum and only 2 yrs before a major break down.
