One of my phone line subscription was charged with Monthly Netflix fee. Someone could have activate the subscription without my knowledge or my family who is using the Digi line. I complaint and asked for termination of the service to a Digi customer service via Chat but she was unable to help, saying I need to deal with Netflix to stop the monthly charges. I strongly disagree that Digi can allow 3rd party services such as Netflix to charge through Digi postpaid account. Digi account is not a credit facility or credit card that can be used to charge 3rd party services. In this case I cannot see Netflix subscription in the My Digi App, and as such I have no control over it. Digi should stop the practise of allowing 3rd part services to charge to Digi Customer account. I will consider to submit a complaint to the goverment agency related to consumer protection regarding this matter. [protected]
