3AAA towing is Not worth the money you pay for it

My car would not start, I called for a tow. First off I had to go through an automated system that got stuck 10 mins into the call and then got transferred to Customer Service where I had to wait 25 minutes for them to even answer. I gave them all the information and was told by Danielle that it would be 70 minutes, she repeated it as seven zero before the tow would be there. I had my husband come by to sit with my, Thank God. After 1 1/2 hours I called again, this time waiting 11 minutes for them to answer. Shawn, a Customer service rep said, oh geeze your tow has not be dispatched yet, we are looking at 1:56 am!!!!!! I said, may I talk to a supervisor and he put me on hold. Michelle got on the phone and said she was a floor leader. She told me that Danielle should have told me 300 minutes to get the tow and that their target was 1:56 am because they had my call logged in at 8:56 PM. I asked why no one called me with any updates now did the APP update me at all. They, 3AAA towing wanted a 67 year old female sit in her car on a non lighted residential street for 5 hours. Again I thank God for having my husband (with cancer) come by as my phone was dying and I needed to use the bathroom! Thee only way 3AAA can satisfy me is to give me back my 3AAA PLUS membership fees. I have been a member for over 25 years and this is how I get treated. I hope others can read this and NOT CHOOSE 3AAA FOR THEIR TOWING SERVICE.
