Car is 2 weeks old was in stop and go traffic alert on car transmission temp high car almost overheated Called dealership answer by service is to pull over and let car cool down — not acceptable response. Then called and spoke to sales rep told me to bring car in next morning to check diagnostics They tell me 5 hours later nothing wrong with the car but then tell corporate that its my fault due to the clutch in the car The car is an automatic awd there is no manual clutch in the vehicle take responsibility for your issues as this isnt the 1st time we see this on the internet with the seltos line. How dare you treat customers this way. Its insulting and unprofessional. You get in the car with children and try not worry about the issue happening again which is what your rep advised me to do. Again not a response that should be given not a single apology given nor was I given a rental or a option for one.
