I have spent thousands of dollars for 3 patio Basta Sole umbrellas of which 2 are now broken. The umbrellas are 2 years old. We called the dealer where we had them made, and they are not answering our request to fix them. At this point I don't care if it is warranted work or not, want my umbrellas fixed now. It's been all summer and I'm getting pissed off at this company. They have no customer service #, no main office #. Nothing. Please answer this post. My email is brads.tv40@***.com
