Bought bluettoth speaker and now they are working making weird sound, customer care number is unreachable

I am really pissed off with Zoook after sales support. i bought the bluetooth speaker they are in warranty and the speaker is not working properly, i want a service for it but no one is bothered i guess. the bluettoth speaker is making sound and it is annoying that no one wants to take any responsibility
