Fraud
If you are a tourist visiting Oakland and need a car - stay away. Their deposit system means you wont likely see your money again. You can only pick up the security deposit 30 days after you return the car. It has to be you personally, you can't get anyone else to pick it up on your behalf. So as soon as you leave to go home you've basically lost your money. Don't rent from these guys.
