Ogre District Hospital, polyclinic reception is simply under every criticism. 1. Can't call, did it for two hours from the place until the phone was discharged and did not call back, although it is said to call back. 2. When I picked up the room for service, I waited 40 minutes in a row (at that time there were maybe only 3 people before me), because pensioners who do not understand or do not explain the procedure for serving people, the whole varnish is served without a queue. 3. When I received my card, the results of 3 strangers' analyzes were pasted on my card. I understand if the surnames are similar and the staff tends to make mistakes, but 3 people definitely didn't get their analysis now either. 4. One receptionist treated me with a grim face (it looked more like he was crying all the time), a particularly unhealthy look. Does such a person really have to work with the public and a medical institution if she obviously had some personal problems or even an illness? 5 For some reason, my doctor did not come to work.
