Poor Service

I want to share information related to the AuMobile home internet. In the last 2 weeks, AuMobile internet is worse than bad, AuMobile is not fulfilling its contractual obligations or is unable to do so. I pay 25. 98 AU$‎ a month, I promised me fast internet, but it turns out that one person, one video, can't be watched in the best quality, because I have to constantly wait for the video to load. Call for 2 weeks on AuMobile, the only one able to answer, congested tower and no improvements expected.
