Damage
17. 01. Fee for cleaning 2 coats, paying 29eur. Both were cleaned of stains (vuenam had a cat on the other side, the other had cosmetic stains and collars), but one of the coats was damaged (this was with cosmetic stains). The filling is lumpy, hands short. Apparently the manufacturer's instructions for cleaning clothes were not followed. When contacting the grave, I received a reply that a stamp was stamped on the receipt stating that the filling was without warranty. And no longer responsible for it. People, don't be a fool and don't bring your precious coats to this place! I quote a joke: "not all, but there are combinations of fabrics, materials or fillings where we can predict in advance that there may be problems with cleaning, let's say - the possibility to clean is 50:50. Then the customer has the opportunity to choose:take risks and try to clean but without warranty or continue to walk in dirty clothes.
