Poor service

Nothing was restored and when the next day I went with the whole check back to the Vodafone center origo, I was told how my invoice could not be found in the system. In the path of the beautiful debtor, they can not restore anything to me or make any exceptions, even though I had already paid, do not understand who I am in debt and it is not my problem that can not be found, because paid I am and meetthat I do not use my services for which I have paid. I went to Vodafone center also on 10. 06. 19, it meets on Monday, where it was said that it could not be found either. I called somewhere and I was told how I paid on a Friday after working hours, although logically, how is it possible to pay after working hours, because usually all the institutions are closed there. In the end, everything was restored for me on Monday around 19. 00 in the evening, which I had to replace on Thursday within 3 hours.
