Does not change the defended product
As far as I understand, Depot stores are the subject of frequent complaints and are no longer a surprise. I would not begin to list those cases of lack of competence on the part of sellers, as there are excesses. This time about the consequences of incompetence: bought a low-quality product - tiles. I bought tiles. After 3 months of making the package, we start tiling.. hop! Tiles are marked (edge lengths vary in all ways, up to 4-5 mm. Thicknesses also vary). I returned the goods, but the seller starts to say that 3 months is too long after the purchase to return the product... I do not understand - have I bought a fresh car that has been damaged or damaged?..if I get the tiles after 2 years start to change the edge lengths or some of them swell and become thicker than others, also then i bring it back!... the attitude of the seller / head of department is as if the tiles were good at the time of purchase and now after 3 months, of course, is full It is normal for them to be "stretched" or mature... about it. The same with all their bureaucracy: okay, I write an application, review it within a month and give an answer. It's been 2 and a half months... where's the answer? There are good sellers - helpful, understanding. But there are also teenagers that disgust: become the head of the tile department store and now feel like the ruler of the world - laughing, laughing and baton ears. The most annoying thing is the fact that telling the eye of change in sight: who am I a hammer that you can believe that the tiles themselves change size over time?!? Fui! Tiles have not been bought in any Depo store at that time. Instead of a store manager, people like this would "flee" from his ruler's throne.
