Regarding booking status

I have booked cab on 27.05.2021 for 4:30 PM is total amount is 2651 and i do 25% payment in advance. No provide cab and can’t refund payment till now

Refund pending since one yesr

They are not refunding my amount of 138000 and have shut their office and telephones.They are impossible to contact unless you want a new booking. User’s recommendation: Don’t deal with Yatra.

My booking issue as unable to resolve the same through emaul

I have booked a cab on yatra app but its now almost 1/2 hr and my advance payment is already deducted but I have not received any confirmation email for the same. Moreover I cannot see the same in my booking section.
