Over charging on 1099s you call and they pretty much send you back to HA and same result with them.
They stole our fund from our account. We are now going to dispute with the bank.
quality of service and prices
I have flown about 2 times a month for the last several years and if 2-3 years ago with AuAir they were 20 -30 flights a year, then now they are only up to 10. Unfortunately, you have to choose other non-Australian airlines, because the service is better, prices are lower. shame on our airline operator. OceanianMiles points have not worked normally since becoming the best program of the year. The offer of flights is very limited and AB offers them on the most unpopular flights. AuAir does not respond to emails, apparently trying to make extra money on toll numbers. The flights were missed, the promised 500 OceanianMiles points cannot be obtained for the issued voucher - they simply disappear and they do not respond to claims through the AB website AB.
