Yapstone is a RIP-OFF

Yapstone is now deciding to add a 3% service fee for collecting funds for VRBO! If you don’t pay, you don’t get your guest payment until they check-in! VRBO owners are NOT hotels. It’s ridiculous that VRBO is associated with this company – who you can hardly contact for information when payments go awry.
Everyone knows of the tremendous fees that are involved with home away and YapStone. Minutes ago YapStone sent me a e mail. but more like an ransom note that if i wanter my rental $ after in was processed from the renter then i needed to pay 3% more. but they would be…
Using Yapstone to process VRBO payments. Yapstone sent an email and effectively doubled their fees from 3% to 6% in one day with no notice. They certainly aren’t doing anything to justify the doubling of fees.
After a year of doing business with Home away without any problem, last June 15 yapstone asked me to update my bank account, meanwhile, they put my 3 listings on hold, I did what they asked me, and they still changing reason or motive, the issue did not resolve yet, the didn’t deposit my money since June... quality of service and prices

I have flown about 2 times a month for the last several years and if 2-3 years ago with AuAir they were 20 -30 flights a year, then now they are only up to 10. Unfortunately, you have to choose other non-Australian airlines, because the service is better, prices are lower. shame on our airline operator. OceanianMiles points have not worked normally since becoming the best program of the year. The offer of flights is very limited and AB offers them on the most unpopular flights. AuAir does not respond to emails, apparently trying to make extra money on toll numbers. The flights were missed, the promised 500 OceanianMiles points cannot be obtained for the issued voucher - they simply disappear and they do not respond to claims through the AB website AB.
