Fraud
I had contacted Telstra in time to disconnect me from the Internet because I was moving to another country. Said everything will be ok, key with 1st Date... Unlocked a day or 2 later. I think everything is settled. Suddenly comes the "unpaid bill" for that month. I tried to contact them, but behaved as if I didn't know anything - I need a customer number and a contract password. I can't give the customer's number because I am no longer a customer (deleted my profile), and logically I did not take the contract with me when moving. Speaking of them, you probably can't ask questions, because you have to submit an application to the Telstra center to solve something... Unfortunately, there are none in Germany. I will never use Telstra services again in my life. Disgusting attitude towards the client. And this is not the only event.
