Internet speed is horrible ,

We live in the country and the internet is horrible. 1.5 MB then maybe 23 .we have a good router. Their answer well it gets busy with more usage , we do not live in a high poulated area . Poor quality . Going to Bell and I don,t even like Bell .Shaw what a disappointment
