Delayed delivery, Aug 06 was the lastest eta of our package but until today, Aug 10, havent received the package yet and no update from the Courier too. Status of Delivery when checked with the website using the tracking number is vague. No contact no of the branch where the package was sent

More than 24 hours from last update, and it said out for delivery. 2nd time this happened to me. Lazada, may I suggest not to use this company as one of your delivery partners. They have the worst service. User’s recommendation: Lazada please do not use them anymore.

Late delivery by 7 days, status is never updated in their tracking site, no advance advise of the delay in delivery, just keeps the receiver waiting and waiting. I Have never had such a poor experience with online platform couriers. XDE is definitely the Worst Ever courier.
