Hiding Important Information

Vodafone hides from customers the information that during the warranty repair the replacement phone is given only for paid phones. By paying the full price of the phone immediately, the warranty does not cover the replacement phone during the warranty repair period. There is no info on this on the website or in the My Client Centers.
