It is impossible to contact anyone from worldpay, I wish to cancel my agreement with them but I am finding it impossible. They are not accepting my email on the form and yet they are emailing me. I feel that it is a con. User’s recommendation: Do not use worldpay.

Still no contact from Worldpay. Very poor customer service. How can a company operate with such a poor response time? Still waiting! User’s recommendation: Use another means of payment.
I did not receive any reply unfortunately. However merchant resolved the refund for me. Worldpay really need to improve their customer service! User’s recommendation: Steer clear of worldpay.
