Bought a new hornet and it doesnt charge, box got ripped up so i cant return to store

The helicopter I bought didnt work from the box being opened. Worst experience ive had purchasing a toy. Shouldve known by name ive never heard of it would be a cheap toy. Toy won’t work

We received two Joker Helicopters as gifts from a friend. One doesnt work and the other only sometimes works. We would like to either get replacements or a toy that would work Thats similar. Do not order through them

Ordered something from them December 3rd. Nobody seems to know where the package is. It is now December 21. This was for Christmas. Nobody has it. I’ve tried calling the company with no luck. I can call and push 2 and then it says you’r call can not be completed and hangs up.
